Wellness Rooms

Residence Life-Student Support manages two wellness rooms on campus. The Livi-Well Room (Located in Livingston Apartments A on Livingston Campus) and the Mediation Station (located in the Winkler Suites on Busch Campus) are spaces where residents can attend wellness programs and activities hosted by the Residential Care Team. Many of the programs and activities will be facilitated in collaboration with campus partners, as well as Residence Life staff. You can find members of the Residential Care Team present in the wellness rooms weekly as we host office hours for students to come by and check out the spaces. Residents can utilize these spaces to de-stress and explore opportunities to learn about their personal wellness throughout the semester.
