In honor of Mental Health Awareness Week, Residence Life-Student Support is hosting a series of events and activities focused on wellness. Our events are free and open to all students living on campus at Rutgers University–New Brunswick.

Monday, September 12, 2022 from 1pm – 4 pm

Bishop Beach (College Avenue Campus)

Engage in activities that support social wellness: make a bookmark to encourage your fellow peers studying at the library, reap the wellness benefits of giving thanks with our gratitude board, provide inspirational messages on rocks that you can place in your room, make someone else’s day by giving them a personalized thank you card & provide a motivational card you can give yourself during finals week.

Enjoy an evening with Residence Life Student Support as you practice your spiritual wellness by engaging in reflective prompts while you create art on your canvas to keep. Enjoy this peaceful space while creating art for yourself to reflect in your room to think back often on!
