Why did you choose to work at Rutgers Residence Life?

In my role, I collaborate with our residential students and staff to capture their experiences. Collecting these stories leads to showcasing the value of living and working in our residence halls. I bring my research background in culturally grounded methodologies and epistemological stances that honor and validate the lived experiences of our community members as legitimate data. I am excited at the opportunity to continue building our robust assessment practices and reporting to our various stakeholders to drive evidence-based decision-making that will continue to support the transformative residential experience for our students.
