B.E.S.T Neighborhood
Your move in date is dependent on your residence hall assignment and student status. Follow all specified move in and key pick-up directions to ensure you can move into your hall assignment upon arrival to campus. Please check back to this page just prior to your move-in date as information may be adjusted throughout the summer.
Please note:
- Convocation is Thursday, August 27, 2026, at Jersey Mike's Arena at approximately 5pm.
- The Involvement Fair is on Sunday, August 30, 2026, on the College Avenue Campus. College Avenue will be closed for most of the day.
Approved Early Arrivals/Move-In Team Volunteers
Only students who have completed the Early Arrival/Move-In Team Volunteer form and have been confirmed approved are able to move in on Sunday, August 23, 2026, between 9:00am to 4:30pm. Key pick-up will be in the Residence Life Office on the campus where your hall assignment is located.
Overview
The Busch Engineering, Science and Technology (B.E.S.T) Neighborhood opened in 2011. B.E.S.T. Neighborhood is a 3-building, 500-bed special interest community. Students who live in B.E.S.T. Neighborhood are enrolled in the Schools of Engineering, Arts & Sciences, and Pharmacy. In order to live in B.E.S.T. Neighborhood, students are required to maintain active participation in the B.E.S.T. Neighborhood community and must maintain a clean judicial record. B.E.S.T. Neighborhood also houses the Health and Medicine Living-Learning Community. Availability: First-Year
