Why did you choose to work at Rutgers Residence Life?

I am passionate about cultivating a culture of equity, inclusion and belonging on campus. My goal is to leverage my understanding of global cultural traditions, knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices, and work surrounding disability advocacy to help ensure both staff and residents are treated equitably and feel respected, included, and welcomed on campus.
