Why did you choose to work at Rutgers Residence Life?

As a marketer, I have enjoyed creating innovative and engaging ways for people to experience events and programming. In Residence Life, I get to combine my marketing skill set with my passion for working with the youth. I appreciate the opportunity to help promote the once in a life experience of living on campus. It is rewarding to know that I influence students decisions to live on campus and help to create a memorable college experience.
