Why did you choose to work at Rutgers Residence Life?

In my prior roles as live-in or live-on Residence Life staff, I became more passionate about student development and enjoy giving students the tools to be able to not only make better decisions but to also understand the impact of them on themselves and their community. I am so happy I get to do this as a Student Affairs professional and a Rutgers alumni!
