Our mission is to utilize university facilities — student housing, student dining halls, and student classrooms — during the summer months in an effective, efficient, and profitable manner that benefit the university community and its students.
Each summer over 100 non-profit organizations hold summer conferences that are consistent with the University’s fundamental mission of teaching, research, and public service. Rutgers Conference Services hosts the conferences and serves as liaison between the organizations and university service providers.
Our professional and detail-oriented staff handles all of the logistical arrangements associated with the conference, allowing our clients to concentrate on the most important part of the gathering, the program and its participants.
