Why did you choose to work at Rutgers Residence Life?

Many students encounter challenging experiences while living on campus. As the Assistant Director of Residence Life for Student Support, my goal is to help students navigate these challenges in order to support an overall successful on-campus living experience. Living on campus is an integral part of one’s college experience, and every student should have the opportunity to immerse themselves in all that Rutgers Residence Life has to offer.
