Why did you choose to work at Rutgers Residence Life?
“As a Residence Life Coordinator, my goal is to not only support students in their complex transitions throughout college, but also to advocate on behalf of the diverse needs of the populations I serve and the Resident Assistants and Hall Directors I supervise. Creating an environment where all students feel a sense of belonging in the residence halls is a priority, and helping students understand that through these communities, effective citizenship can be learned by all. I am excited to bring my own perspectives and identities into the connections I will make with students, faculty and staff at such a large, prestigious and diverse institution that is Rutgers University.
