Quad III is a traditional residence hall built in 1968. Each Quad has ten houses with a courtyard in the center. Home to first-years and upperclassmen. Every house has 4 or more floors. It is also a short walk to the Library/Computer Lab, new Livingston Dining Commons, Bus Stop, Gym and the Livingston Student Center. It has an underground main lounge that is connected to every house via tunnels and has its own coffeehouse, where students can get free coffee or drinks from 5pm-2am. It is also a short walk to the Rutgers Cinema, and other vendors under the Livingston Apartments.
