Nichols Apartments were built in 1975. These apartments house continuing students and graduate students and their families.  They are garden-style 2-bedroom apartments with a full kitchen, bathroom and living room.  Four undergraduate students share each 2 bedroom apartment or they are occupied by a graduate student and their family.
