Clothier Hall
College Ave. Campus

Clothier is a traditional residence hall built in 1963. It was named after Robert Clarkson Clothier (1885-1970), who served as president of Rutgers University from (1932-1951). Clothier was also president of the New Jersey Constitutional Convention in 1947 and a reporter for the Wall Street Journal. Clothier Hall is located near 12 other residence halls on College Ave, making one feel connected with their community. It is also home to the College Avenue Residence Life Office on the first floor, making it easier for students to contact Residence Life staff if they have a question or concern.
