Rutgers University has an exciting opportunity for students who are in recovery. Students, if eligible, are able to live with students like themselves and receive emotional, social and environmental support in maintaining their sobriety. Students in Recovery Housing socialize together as well as with other friends. There is an emphasis on doing well in school and having a fun sober time in college.

For Recovery Housing the student is required to interview either on the phone or in person with a counselor in the Alcohol and Other Drug Assistance Program for Students. If the student is eligible the student will then be assigned housing.
